Just prior to our both retiring from full time jobs we purchased some woodworking equipment.  We both enjoyed working with wood and we figured we had better get the tools before we retired. After retiring we became heavily involved with taking care of our farm.  We were too busy to get involved with actual woodworking at that time, but we did have several trees harvested from part of our farm to fulfill our dream of someday doing woodworking.  We had these trees sawed into lumber which we stacked in our barn to air dry. In 2016 things changed due to medical reasons and we had to cut back on our farm responsibilities.  This opened some time for us to try our hand at woodworking.  After playing around with it for a while we started making a few items.  We gave several items to friends and family as gifts, and they all seemed to love them.  This encouraged us to start making items to sell. We have been in the woodworking business for the last five years.  Our specialty is making end grain cutting boards and cheese boards.  They are strong, sturdy and beautiful.  We also make charcuterie boards, charcuterie lazy Susans, Indiana clocks, Indiana bread boards, and several different quilting tools.  Last, but not least, we make large furniture items such as quilt ladders, 5-shelf ladders, coffee tables, and traditional garden benches.  We take pride in our work and strive to finish all items as close to perfect as possible.
